I've been studying for CCNA now and I've been seeing the same thing that they are labs now.

Not sure what it is like in LA but if you can find a msp that is hiring and try sticking it out there like 2 years. In my experience its a ****** environment but I gained alot of experience. Was able to jump from 55k to 95k when I switched jobs.
