Well the tooling didn't change much for XXX, so I think they had something else cooked up for the XXX and ran into some issues. This caused them to release a "stop-gap" shoe to hold the market over. This could mean that the XXXI is gonna be something crazy

I am an 11.5 and went true to size, they are a little tight in the toe area. I don't think that going up a half would be good though. The woven upper should break in over time and conform to your foot.

I picked up my Anthracite 30's from eastbay on the 20% off sale. And the controvery over this shoe is just that people didn't think it changed enough from the 29. I think the shoe itself is gorgeous and performs, and that is all that really matters.

Do you have the original colorway? It was the first thing I checked when I got mine, and it seems like there is less padding in that center portion of the pillows

I just got my Jordan 30's in black yesterday. Hooped last night, and I'm not feeling the achilles isssue that people talked about when the shoe released. Anybody know if it was tweaked for the new colorways?
