@SR-71 I put stock in what you report because you're actually around kids a lot, and kids who ball. That's probably a way better gauge of who's moving product than what any one of us see out on the streets these days. Like I said, I don't hardly see anyone wearing LeBrons--and I live in L.A...
People say this every year, depending on how the new model looks. They're not going to discontinue the sig game shoe unless the sales results truly don't justify the investment. I have no inside knowledge but I bet they still sell a ton of the annual numbered model, to a degree that would...
Definitely my favorite of the ones we've seen so far. But looks like a modern remake of the original Team 1s, or even this new colorway of the Team 2s:
Crazy? Not to me. The 38 is a killer-looking design that would be a lot more popular if JB didn’t jerk us off with the colorways. But since white/black/red tends to be my favorite colorway, anyway, I still LOVE the Fundamentals. Calling the 38 ugly or monstrosities makes zero sense to me...
Never had that issue, but I never pull the laces tight enough down there to where they're really exerting any pressure on the plastic eyelets. Not because I have ever thought of them breaking but simply because I don't need them overly snug down there just for walking around in.
Yeah, regardless of how they came up with that pattern and what it supposedly represents, it just looks like some meaningless random camo print or wacky topography map of some unknown country or planet. It's the part of this shoe I dislike the most, followed by ...
The whole U-shaped profile...
Those do nothing for me. Best colorways released originally to me are Masterpiece, Inspiration, and BHM. I liked the green Victory pair except for the gold swoosh, which threw them off hugely for me.
But what I really want other than a fresh new pair of Masterpieces is the unreleased OG...
I'll say it again: Those effing pull-loops on the tongue. I really thought after the 38 that we were finally done with this stupid played-out design element :smh:
The pair in the middle of the top row is the only one so far that could possibly even tempt me to at least order to check out in...
Yeah, I originally got my TTS 11 but had a lot of wasted room in the toe box. Sold them and went 10.5, and I'm entirely happy with how they fit. I went 10.5 on reimagined IIIs, too, and wish I had done so on fire red IIIs as well.
I have relatively narrow feet and rarely have fit issues with...
I like the philosophy: the supposedly premium materials, the cushioning tech, the low or 5/8ths height.
But the way these look is … underwhelming. I just don’t dig this design language or the design language loads of modern Jordan shoes are using. These don’t look bad, and the colorway with the...
You guys are nuts
These are some of the biggest flaming dumpsters of a III. I wouldn’t buy either pair for $10 at an outlet, and the III is my favorite Jordan for decades.
The reality is, there are still a LOT of improvement/changes to be made on every single damn model, if we're talking about getting them all closer to OGs. Some are already better than others, including the recent IIIs and suddenly the IVs. But if you actually put them side by side with OGs...
Probably the same dopes who think the crap XIs we got for so long look better than the new ones. These people have no eye for design, it’s that simple
