yeah i keep my emergency fund in an online account. it's enough to cover about 6 months of expenses, which for me is about $12,000 (note: only determine what you absolutely would need on a monthly basis if an emergency happened... rent/mortgage, food, utilities, etc). i think anything beyond 6...

the only ones i wear are from american eagle. they don't go past the knee and aren't that bulky. some of the examples in this thread are overly extreme... but are these really that bad??

cargos seem to have fallen out of favor quickly (like that's what most guys wore even 5 years ago). i still wear 'em. especially if i'm wearing jordans or high tops... i feel like the shorter shorts look weird with them. whatevs.
