i havnt been on here in a while now so i havnt really seen anything on them i heard the ankle support isnt as good as the hyperdunk what do you think is the better option?

I just got a pair of True Blue 3's and bout some force fields, is it safe to put the shoe tree type things that come with the shoe inside with theforcefields when im not wearing them or will it just ruin the forcefields? i really dont wanna wreck my shoes thanks in advance
