Tom Gist is still one of the nicest out there lyrically. He spits lyrics from the soul. It's a shame Cam'ron didn't work with him more. Does anybody have a dl link to the Fly N Frustrated mixtape??  This is one of the joints off the mixtape. Enjoy....
