Concealability, and weight are A1. However as far as getting a reliable grip on the gun from let's say an appendix carry, i would not want to rely on that tiny grip. So if you have small hands by all means, go for it. It was really fun to shoot though. The grip texture was nice too.

I would say your body type matters. I'm 6'3", 270lbs. I EDC a glock 17. Personally the 365 was too small for my hands. HOWEVER it was a very smooth shooter.
