I paid close attention to French gomes today again & like

did earlier, this kid is bunz. I just don’t see why he press pump this kid up. I’ve seen him in league play where he plays a little better but on the bigger stage like the CL he goes ghost. He lost the ball Too much today& did not establish tempo for Tuchel at all. His passing was subpar to but a lot of his woes along with P$G as whole had to do with how Pool exerted itself on them. At his point, you gotta be an idiot to sign this kid if you’re a bigger club. An absolute idiot.
Interested in seeing Frenkie tomorrow against aek athens. All I know is that POS russian owner better keep his *** in his luxury box & not come into the field totin’ his piece.
In my eyes, Poch is starting to become over rated. His Spurs consistently have the inability to win big games. Inter has not been playing wel at all & all the Italian & Serie A punditry made comment about that & how they were going to lose the game. Levy really missed out this summer getting at least a stud pivot & perhaps a creative midfielder that can consistently get Arry service.

Going from French Gomes to the worlds best MFer is a big jump. You wouldnt be okay with like, Aaron Ramsey, or Rafinha, or a bag of rice to replace Rabiot first?

Honestly, if P$G knew what they were doing, they’d sign Lyon’s Tanguy Ndombele & my man Aouar. That would instantly solve a majority of their problems.

After Barca got the double last season and Dembele’s hot start to this campaign, it’s looking like PSG did them a favor getting Neymar. Allowed them to acquire both Dembele and Coutinho (who slotted in at the perfect time with Iniesta’s departure.) People question Dembele’s tactical awareness, but maybe it doesn’t have to be the tip top sharpest playing in Barca and France with other playmakers around. There’s no doubting at this point that he’s damn accurate with both feet at finding the back of the net.
Seemed to also work out for Liverpool with the OD price they fetched for Coutinho (got VVD, haven’t been afraid to spend, and made a CL final.)

Dembele’s start is crazy considering he didn’t get a lot of burn in the summer during the WC. He also came late into camp. He just came out the gate blazing.

Fekir probably wants to move out of France and play on a bigger stage. If not Pool, I could see United lobbing a bid for him.
Ndombele and Auour are the future tho, I really hope they dont move to PSG and continue the new tradition of everyone fighting for 2nd behind Paris. Lyon and Ligue 1 deserve better.

Morgan Sanson and Lucas tousart are also good young French midfielders better than rabiot from the games i’ve seen. Sanson in particular has been great to start the season. Tousart needs some sharpening but is a rock at cdm.
