Now that we are farther into the season I'm not so sure who should come and go like I was at the beginning of the season, Bale, Nacho, Marcelo & should definitely find themselves places where they can be happy. Isco & Asensio have been injured haven't been given playing time, you'll get a nice return on both if you decide to move on. I still have my issues Kroos (slow, doesn't track back, not much of goal scorer, shouldn't be an auto starter), Benzema (he's just not striker, he's a 10, shouldn't be an automatic starter) & Casemiro (is almost useless against teams who press, shouldn't be an automatic starter). We have an issue of too many young players and old player, not that many in their primes.
5 moves that need to be made:
1. Bringing in a legit manager with tactics and who can deal with the youth on the team, not Mou, preferably Poch.
2. An elite goal scorer no matter the cost, the PSG guys aren't happening.
3. A starting caliber CB that we can rotate with, it looks that will be Militao.
4. A veteran attacking winger/midfielder who offers goals & assists, whether that's Hazard or the reintegration of Isco or James as a key player.
5. Marcos Llorente needs to start ahead of Casemiro, his passing, press resistance, positional awareness, and calming presence is so much better that Casemiro, he protects the defense without having to make a crazy tackle.

I'm not sure if its the players, the fitness plan, world cup hangover a combination of all three, but the amount of injuries and players not being in proper shape is a big issue across all leagues.
