For the life of me, I can't figure out why someone would hire Pardew...

He literally does nothing.

Time and time again, he signs.... gives the players "freedom" by basically letting them do whatever they want, then 3-4 months later, everyone realizes that he's had no plan all along....gets fired and the cycle continues.
