I have been pushing for William to Arsenal for 3 years now. He’s exactly what they needed and cheap.

If Juve gets Arthur, 50 mill-ish in return, you end up not paying much, get rid of aging player, that's a pretty good deal. Meanwhile Barca gets a 30 year old, not that mobile, free kick specialist?

And Juve can move Ramsey (who I thought would work out there) & Rabiot, even better.
