If the Chronic is overrated, then I don't know what to say.
Changed the direction of hip-hop. Dudes went from bumping only East Coast music to being up on every West Coast release (good or bad).
Damn, I'm old, let's just say I clearly remember when this came out and the actual build up to the release date.
