Different weeks, Okie State lost during a week where everyone lost.
Plus, Okie State lost on the road while Stanford *!+! the bed at home. Stanford is a bad personal foul penalty call away from being a two-loss team, so saying Okie State doesn't deserve to be in front of them is nonsense.

This I will agree with you. I've said it for a couple of weeks, I see them losing to Virginia and winning the ACC title game. Still a BCS bowl (Orange) but not in the title game discussion.
Should be:
1. LSU- No argument here.
2. Bama- Hard to argue here.
3. Arkansas- Still picking them to upset LSU, one loss is to Bama.
4. Okie State- Tough trap game loss on the road.
5. Stanford- Didn't look impressive in a rivalry game, shot themselves in the foot at home against Oregon.
6. Houston- Hasn't beaten anybody, but hasn't lost either.
7. Boise State- Ironically, they have complained that teams are ahead of them due to reputation. They are this high because of their reputation.
8. VTech- Hasn't beaten anybody, don't throw out GTech, and only true test was against Clemson... and they lost.
9. *USC- 'Cause I can and it doesn't matter.
