Is having a chin strap a requirement for a long beard?  Because I work at the commissary at an air force base in my city, and my store director and supervisor won't allow me to grow one.

I grew out a little summer beard a couple months ago. Cut it down to look presentable for a wedding though. 

Keeping it short for now, but heres the only decent pic i have of the summer beard. (from when donpoppa came up to seattle and we went out)
