This is no different than when a new show comes on the scene and gets critically acclaimed out the *** eventually another show will come along and dethrone them comedy wise. Same thing happened when Mad Men started. They were dominating. The thing with MF is they have a lot of actors showing out, there's no distinct lead actor.

To me he won too many too early, other actors probably deserved it more during Cranston's first two seasons. Now new shows are popping up with amazing performances and he gets looked over for seasons where he was amazing without peer. That's how it goes imo.I guess Cranston won too many times.

I feel you on this but to me it's a win for both most times than not. Maybe the emmys think DS is gonna end one day so they can give Colbert his due.
