We need a Hard nose coach in Minny to get on this defense. WE NEED A QB. I wouldnt mind us drafting CJ Mosley though.
 
I like Mike Zimmer with a good quarterback. I don't like Mike Zimmer with a bad quarterback.

- Replace "Mike Zimmer" with any NFL coach, any NFL team.

Coordinators-turned-H.C. are ambiguous. I'm hopeful, but it's really on the personnel.

Most coaches aren't anything as first-time coaches if they can't find that QB. I agree completely and that's the hope. They need to get one.
