Him and Romo came to mind as guys from that era, but obviously Romo has been done for a while.
 
Guess Harbaugh will have his choice between two teams

Ross said he didn't want to take him away from Michigan but if he technically wants back in the league Miami might well throw whatever at him :lol:
 
He also exposed and probably just blew up the Rooney rule for the sham that it is when teams are already making hires before 'interviewing' black coaches that they have zero intention on hiring :lol:>D

League's gonna have no choice but to act now...

Kudos to Flores for having the balls, man's family is about to be set for life without needing to coach one more down off that settlement
