Give the position to a person of color. It’s crazy how these white boys just stumble into positions because they’re white. I get Brady but Mcvay and Payton?
Brady is a cornball, Payton could provide alot of knowledge while not being super charismatic ala Bill Cowher. McVay just using the media groupie love to make sure the Rams back up the Brinks.

Honestly Payton is weird aside from the movie, it felt like we never heard from him as much as others for whatever reason.

McVay is going to be stellar as a TV guy. Crazy TV can pay some of these dudes $18M+ per year. Making more than some of these stars. Crazy.

damn, $4M? Slumming. Thats a little shocking. Not saying he deserves more but when Aikman is making almost $20M, thats crazy.

Bill Cowher showing its not bad being a TV guy and not grinding as a coach 24/7

There is absolutely zero reason to listen/believe one word Omar Kelly says.

I have zero doubt Ross is a POS, but I wouldn't trust Omar to spell his own name correctly. :smh:

If you're a (soon to be ex) head coach, you pretty much have a fast track as either a studio analyst or a color commentator.

Once, you get comfy in that gig, you can do it for decades.

That why most of them don't go back to head coaching. Why deal with all of that stress again?

Read a good point, that if he really did that for 12 days, then the day before the Super Bowl—when he wore that red suit and looked like a tool at the NFL Honors when he won MVP—he would’ve been in the middle of that crazy throw-up diet.

Packers were the Vegas betting favorite to make the Super Bowl, but they didn’t blow it.
