Gregg Popovich’s coaching tree is what people think Bill Belichick’s coaching tree is.
Kerr, Bud and *Doc all won chips. Ime, Mike Brown and Monty with finals appearances. Pop doesn’t get the credit he deserves from the general public but he is one of the best to ever do it….across all sports.

This post is exactly why this senseless debate. Klay was never tasked with doing what Jesus did in Milwaukee or Seattle. On the other end of the spectrum, Walter did not have the luxury of playing next to Steph Curry, in Kerr’s system.
Similar skill sets, different jobs/responsibilities on the court, both all-time greats. It should just be left at that.
