In a vacuum, I'm taking Ray.
I think Klay is the 2nd best shooter ever, but offensively Ray did everything else better.
We saw Ray drive the bus & Klay is way too stiff to for me.
I can't see him having the same success without Steph.

Compare Rays Allen’s INDIVIDUAL accolades to Klay’s.

Rings are a team accomplishment

Still remember people in here saying Klay is better than Luka :smh:

This is like the stupid Dray vs Blake debates
Remove Steph from the equation and his career looks very different
He can't reliably create offense for himself or others on that level

Again. Every SG in the early 2000s ran off pin downs and floppy action. Ray included. We saw the pistons run floppy to death with rip Hamilton and he won (on a great team.) Klay ain’t Duncan Robinson now. Obviously playing next to the goat helps.

Imagine Klay running off screens for 39 mpg
🤔

If your argument is Klay was a #2 his whole career that’s fair. But ray does what better? Everything is even stats wise. He can dribble better? He’s a better athlete? This means what in a head to head comparison?

Production.

I thought it was easier to put up big numbers on a bad team? 🤔

Big numbers alone do not necessarily equate to all-star appearances and All-NBA selections, though. Players with inferior numbers are routinely selected over their peers due to their team’s place in the standing.

Please do not do this on Friday.

Ray got like 1000 3s on Klay
He has twice as many all-star selections
Ray been all-nba 2nd team

It’s not even close

Mind as well say Robert Horry > Klay if we’re going by rings

MAYBE, at least wait until Klay career is over to revisit this.
