when people start talking about all these added features that can be incorporated it makes me wonder if they actually like the shoe or just want to feel special

I suggested an album cover to commemorate the anniv. How does that point to me not liking the shoe?

Order from Premier came in. The materials aren't anything special but I don't think they're too bad. The "leather" is reminiscent of 2005. The toe box actually has some flex. The suede"suede" is the standard recent sandpapery feel but not awful. the tongue is slightly understuffed. Doesn't bother me though.

Another solid point and when you add them all up this is where it’s at right now.

With the nba collab too and upcoming MJ/penny along with the dreaded “bred” word, you have SB pushing a fat stack of chips in. We’ll see what happens.

nike is having a concentrated marketing push for SB.

That’s litterally all it is. They probably hit up blogs and told them to ramp it up. With the Diamond collab coming there’s hype to be had. The big question is, where do they go after the Diamond? Are the Wu Tangs the next step? It would be a lovely move if you want to really test the SB true retro release idea.

I like the idea of the retro's but do it right, people who grew up buying sb's know
the quality is what drove us in(at least me).
