What I don’t understand about this is wouldn’t all the same accounts have to have the same billing Info and shipping address still? Nike should be able to block multiple entries with the same address or something.

I just wish I understood how they select winners.

It's probably not this simple, but what if it's just that they remove suspected duplicates and fraudsters and then randomly select? So then your odds for something like this are maybe 1/250?
