Probably bc the purists only care for highs. Not quite the same with the dunks/SBs, since there has pretty much always been low, mid, and high. Personally, I got turned off from JB after they started doing 42 cws of each model. Gone are the days of just the og cws retroing, which made JB lose is allure, at least to me.
