If Tebow was a better player, teams would happily put up with the circus that came with him.. but you can’t be a backup and a headache
Just like certain older QBs, if you can’t handle a team taking another QB or playing that role of helping out in development you probably going costs yourself millions

League for damn sure blackballed kaep.. if multiple teams are willing to test out seeing If they can figure out soemthing with tebow with the many spots the open for jsut QBs, kaep shoulda been on teams

He was given the largest contract in NFL history (at the time) by his very own team.
The other teams didn't bother trying to negotiate that because they would have had to have given up multiple first round picks AND the contract..........which the Ravens could have rejected and simply matched.
The Ravens controlled every single detail.

Problem for lamar was teams being stupid and not just giving up the 2 1sts for a franchise tagged guy
But only fully guaranteed QB deals we saw were Kirk cousins and deshaun.. all QBs could learn from Kirk or even dak with how teams go with paying QBs and lamar eventually got his deal
