Not worth it in Chicago, especially with those winters, not that you would have to ever leave. Its funny 30mil isn't even enough for a CPW penthouse.

Understood, but this means nothing to me. I'm a value guy, so for me this is just an overpriced apartment unit.
Show me a 14,260 sqft mansion with views plus gardens and then I'd be excited.

derrick rose isgonna wisen up and move outta there cuz w/ his injury streak and lack of personality, that NBA and Adidas money will dry up rather quickly.
not sure about a smart savvy businessman who worked his way up copping this here... maybe some foreign billionaire copping it for his 18 year old daughter.

Derrick only paid $2.8mil for his... And Derricks bread aint going no where...He signed a 14 year $260mil contract and $180mil is guaranteed + his 5 year $95mil contract and who knows how much is guaranteed from that contract... So even IF (and thats a BIG "if") his hoopin days are over... Adidas will have this man living like a king for a LONG time

Yes, we considered it... Is that hard to believe? They have rental units... But they're too pricey for what they're offering... They wanted like $3100 a month for a studio. And for what we have now, we'd probably be paying TRIPLE if we were in the trump... I have the same aminities minus the room service and cleaning lady.
