true, but a lot of people have mild allergic reactions without knowin it that can lead to acne
I have a lil acne, a pimple or two a week, but theyre almost always really small
I get blackheads all over though, theyre soooo annoying

here i got you op.
Steps.
1)Wash your face only once in the morning. and once at night. unless you have oily oily skin then have one wash in the afternoon/before late evening.
2) the key to clear skin is being super gentle to your skin. irritation = acne. so when u wash and put on products it has to be put on very carefully. usesmall circular motions, and you shouldn't see your skin move too much.
3) wash(remove oil + dirt). disinfect(destroy p. acne bacteria). exfoliate(removes old skin and replenishes with new.)
here's what i use.
exfoliate only at night! i repeat. your skin will fry if you put AHA+ or BHA on your skin during the day
You can find the benzoyl peroxide and AHA i use at www.acne.org.
I have followed these steps for the past month and a half. and i'm practically clear. just need time to heal for the acne marks. I know what it's liketo have acne and most nters won't admit they have pimples cause they have perfect baby skin anyways. So i'm willing to help another person so theydon't have to live through the anxiety of having bad skin....

google da accutane sideeffects..most are basically dry flaky skin.....i'm tellin you from personal experience...that stuff is life changin.

yeah that's true. You have to get a dermo to prescribe it and you have to take blood tests once a month. It really dries out your face, and lips. Just getCerave for your face and carmex oir w/e other strong lip stuff they got. But accutane always works. You take it for 6 months and will completely get rid of itthen you will take whatever skin thing they tell you to keep it from coming back. Also get the chemical peel from the deermo which helps get rid of acne a liland tries to get rid of scaring. It's like $20 a month.
I'm on month 3, and half of its gone. In month 2 it will get worse but that is because they take away the antibiotic they give you with it to keepyou're acne from getting bad and to get use to it.

and about once or twice a week i moisturize my face with something so it doesn't get all dry on my nose
i've been doing the oil cleansing method..... (washing face with castor & extra virgin olive oil) and my face is really soft
but i'm not really one to be prone to acne though

But a month ago I was browsing through acne.org and found some natural treatments.
For the past month I have been taking baths with sea salt and baking soda and it has honestly eliminated all of the acne and is slowly fading the scars.
I dont know if this would work for everybody, but you should check out acne.org they have alot of good info.

OP, I got a natural solution for you. You need to have more sex. Don't fap. I know. My theory on Acne is that you have a lot of toxins in you whileyou're developing. You need to release it. Fapping doesn't help because it's not the true experience. I had a major Acne problem in high school. Iused ProActiv and everything in the book. Watch, when you start having hella sex on a daily basis, your skin is gonna heal itself and you gonna be smooth likebutter.
