prob the minority here, havent bought a single NMD, but that caged looks better than the uncaged to me
UB caged vs uncaged can go boths ways, just depends on the color of the upper.

In my experience you need to use almost a full can on a single pair to get the fully waterproof effect they advertise in those videos.

Never used it on wools but yeah, there's a very slight difference on materials like mesh & neoprene. Didn't notice a difference when I used it on Suede but I also didn't do that many coats on the suede so it had very little effect.
