I was at Packers in JC, by the 14th person that they let in the store the futures had sold out. Was only able to cop the advance. I got there around 10 and there were like 15 heads in front of me

Hello , what is the return policy at undefeated ? Got two advs one in the right size one in the wrong ? From the FAQ it seems they are pretty strict

Their return policy is atrocious. I'd chalk this up as a learning experience. 

What's weird is their online policy is 14 days from arrival minus an $8 dollar restock fee (my mistake) but their in store policy is 7 days. What's more is that they will provide a refund for non-launch products but store credit for in store purchases. I would consider their brick and mortar stores separate from their online.

But you can still get credit and use it for something in the future.
