They could technically do a raffle on where they start the line.  That's what they did for Cubs tickets here in Chicago for a while.  Give out a ton of wristbands and then draw a number and that person starts as #1 in line.

That sucks, and from what a few people are saying its because of the employees at SC keeping pairs. Makes me appreciate not getting a payment to go through actually, no hope is better than this. Yikes, just saw the email too
