In my opinion, going to staffs I won't consider them as backdoored.

To me backdoor is when the manager sell to an external personnel for a small profit, typically to resellers.

Most staffs don't really get a chance at getting a pair, unless they are Adidas' staff, but even then they still have a ballot for internal, although at a way way higher chance.
 
Backdooring is when a store manager (employee) sells product above retail to an individual for a profit of some sort (i.e.: goods from another store, cash, later guaranteed sales). Also backdooring can consist of selling a product for retail before the established release date.

Letting employees who work the shift of a hot release purchase the product for cost or retail is not backdooring and is an wxceptsble practice which is spelled out in the cooperative agreement between the shop and company providing the product.

How's FNL / UNDFTD looking out here in Vegas...

Not getting out of work until around 4 so I'm wondering if I should just chalk them up as losses...

People just want to blame anything but themselves or the limited stock for not being able to grab a release, whether it be bots or backdooring
 
yea, i know a couple employees that work at a local FA/FL/CH store and they want $140 per pair. I think they`re just selling the pair they`re allowed to get (20% of the stock goes to employees)
 
Backdooring, whatever, essentially ends with an employee or a manager profiting off the shoe in someway.

It's just extra income to them, or some bonus for working there.

Again, it's a retail job, if they backdoored like a few pairs to profit themselves.. whatever.. still fine with me.
 
Do the codes with the zip codes have a certain amount of usages or time frame they work ? I've been trying to get them to work for FTL but always says incorrect

agree to disagree, it's something in their power and they're taking advantage of it.  it's a "perk".

if i worked at a retail store making min. wage i'd backdoor pairs too.

I can understand it but I work at a retailer that gets items that are ticketed or extremely in demand. And we cannot buy on the clock or hold product. We need to get it like everyone else

The perks are discount and having a job. That said if the company says it’s cool for whatever percent to go to employees than that’s cool with me it’s a perk. If it’s against the rules than I’m not with it
