He doesn't hold 'power'. There's a difference in being able to buy someone's shirt and pants and put an outfit together, its another thing to design that shirt and pair of pants, pick the right materials, etc.. He doesn't have any power or influence in that world

Think back to the Neptunes days. Pharrell was in dunks, jordans, vans, adidas, etc....created BBC, made pieces with LV, and countless other brands. And had every rapper wearing BAPE.

Pharrell makes great pieces and has that white fan base.

Even if Nike restocks the Yeezy 2s or releases the Mags later this year that they need to do something to move forward. Jordan retros are cool, but they definitely to start looking in the future unless they are already have. I don't see Nike doing anything as big as the Yeezys or Mags after this year.
