Excuse my ignorance on the subject, because I’m team manual 100%, but does it really matter if bot users know the drop time? If the bots are running tasks, aren’t they gonna autocheckout when the shoe drops regardless. Isn’t that the purpose of a bot?

The numbers you listed weren't even correct in the first place, but the whole point of the convo is that people who were willing to put in the time & wait on YS have had it pay off since the time was never announced, it's wasn't guaranteed that they'd drop at one time or the other so you had to keep an eye out.
You came in saying that wasn't the case & that them announcing time makes no difference.

Nah this is the least desired colorway of all the 350’s. Not to mention early carts are only going for $100. The carts plus the price of the shoe usually give you a good idea of what the resale price will be.
Prices will be between $320 and $275.
