For all of you that have never had a toe cramp consider yourself lucky!

I've gotten so many of them that I can sense when one is coming (it usually happens at home) and I dead it before it sets in!

The 2 worse cramps that i've received hands down are in the back of my thigh as I slept (I cried like a b***h) and my forearms have locked up on me forcingmy hands into a fist.

Exactly the same here, that's why I don't get them as much anymore because I know how to prevent them from kicking in all the way.
