Does anyone else notice that the Vietnam made 4s the fire red & haze colorway fit bigger then the Chinese made 4’s ?

I usually wear a size 9 in Chinese made 4s but in all other Jordan’s besides the 1s I wear a 8.5
I took a size 9 in the shoe knowing this is going to be a problem with to get since the store sold the 8.5

I noticed this with these past 2 4s
Anyone else have this problem
