anyone shop on union los angeles other than for the sneakers? i recently bought something. bought more than 2 quanties because i wanted to gift to some relative but they only partially fulfillled, and refunded me, and their customer service is not existent . awful.

Zoom 92's are very clean. A lot of different material on the shoe from the suede on the toe area to the same type of material on the ow zoom fly (is it ripstop?) on the side of the shoe. After I keep seeing guava 4's, ya'll making me regret passing on em. Thinking about trading the zoom 92 plus off noir 4's for a pair of guavas. Haven't really checked prices on the resell market, but I would think that comes out to about even.

Guavas. Used aj1's tends to shows signs of wear quicker.

I don't know about that. My Jordan 1 BRED for 2013 still looks great. My older Jordan 4s have paint chips, cracking on the midsole. Not to mention the midsole will eventually crumble over time. Jordan 1s are tanks and look better, when they wear over time.

Unfolding the tongue ruins the balance of the shoe imo. That yellow from the back of the tongue matching the sole makes a big difference.
Unfold and you lose that balance in favor of a long flimsy shin guard with holes in it.
