For JD, just a tip for those of you who carted a pair that shows as OOS...

If you stay on the payment confirmation page, you can keep trying to move on to payment - and if a pair suddenly becomes available - you will be able to check out. I sat with an OOS size 9 for the last 20 minutes and just checked out.

Yes, I confirmed via chat. Also replied to the email confirmation re sizing. Total for me was $212 with express shipping. I saved $6 and a few hours of sleep (CA tax)
