SF - Lebron James

Nash/Kidd*?

I'm not saying that's what it should be (henc the question marks); just throwing some names out there.

* I think it's obvious that the 2nd Team PG will be either Nash or Kidd; just a matter of preference to decide who it will be. Obviously, I'm goingwith Kidd.
 
1st Team is pretty much a no brainer, but second team is harder:

PG-Nash/Kidd/Baron
SG-Iverson/Roy
SF-Melo/Pierce
PF-Dirk/Duncan/Boozer
C-Amare/Yao

I believe Camby belongs in the Center discussion.
He got robbed for an All-Star spot
 
Yeah I forgot Camby, he should definitely be on an All-NBA team, dude probably has DPOY locked up already and IMO he's the real MVP of the Nuggets.
