Even in a completely non-racial way? I've seen it used recently in a thread about some kids that killed another younger innocent kid, I don't remember their race being posted but I do remember the use of 'animals' in it...and I agree with the use personally, those kids are savage and heartless. It had no racial undertone or implication, in that specific case.
