Meth's right in that NT cannot transform certain users' sensitivity to words and issues. It is what it is. Instead of attacking the board, which is doing its job in promoting a better environment for all users, we should reveal the hypocrisy and biases of these same users. Then, they will have nothing to complain about and will not start a thread where people have to respond to such allegations. If we can't as users do that, then the allegations are justified IMO.
