Not hating on you Shottyblood, but pretty much everything you said is FALSE.
-Sales floor = you deal with people ALL DAY
-you don't get paid comission.
-They're not going to ask you about ANYTHING about Walmart. WHY WOULD THEY?
-your duties will consist of cleaning up aisles, doing go-backs, getting calls & helping guests, and running the register once in a while.
During the first interview they will ask you for basic info and work experience. It's not until the second interview (if you get one) that they will asksome specific questions about teamwork. Questions like "what values does a good team player have?", "explain a time when you took responsibilityfor a team".
They'll let you know right on the spot if you got hired or not (after your second interview). And from there, you can negotiate a wage (most likely will bearound minimum wage if you have no work experience) and you will have to take a drug test within 24 hours.
Sales floor is alot better then cashiering. besides the crappy hours, it's a pretty chill job especially if your coworkers are around your age group.however, i personally feel that target underpays their employees, so don't sell yourself short when neogiating a wage but at the same time, don't askfor a ridiculously high amount either.
If it matters, I'm currently an electronics sales specialist at target. good luck on your interview.
