Looking for an adult team to practice with or pick up games to stay in shape.

Where do you live fam? If you're near lower Montgomery County (wheaton, Silver Spring, Takoma), holla at me via PM...
I play on turf a couple times a week (weekdays) and the comp is decent...

if not, you can always get on a rec/adult league team or indoor team as a free agent... many leagues in DC and VA...
