I read somewhere than Dan Harmon and Justin roiland only wrote the first episode (schezuan sauce one) and new writers wrote all the others.

They're good but they're not really hitting like some of the older good ones (meeseeks) the next episode is written by Justin and dan tho.

The schezuan ep is my favorite thusfar followed by pickle rick.

One big difference I think is they're not as epic.

Like the episode with unity when he was gonna commit suicide at the end.
Or that episode where they buried themselves.

They're kind of profoundish in a way..no episode this season has that.

The jokes aren't as complex like that Roy game for example

Pretty sure it's the writers....still my favorite show.
