The theory's not unprecedented that Eazy E's HIV wasn't just a case of the aftermath of smashing high risk women without protection. Some people used to believe that Dr. Dre had a hand in it back in the day. One name that still comes up every now and again is the porn star, Mercedes Ashley. Some say she injected him. One theory was that somebody (Dre) hired her to infect Eazy and that's how she got her appearance in the "Nuthin' but a G Thang" video. She's rumored to be HIV+, which wouldn't shock given her lifestyle then and maybe now, if she really is.

eazy died before NWA reunited for a new album, some people didn't want to see that happen espescially after how much of an impact and influence NWA had the 1st time they came out. This scares some people in higher places whether you want to believe this or not.
