Anyone ever dealt with Eastbay's returns before?

Don't know where else to put this thread.

How long do they normally take to process everything? I sent a pair of Hyperdunks back to them, they got there Wednesday morning, and I still haven't heard anything about. Is this normal? I know their customer service is kinda ****ty.

They use the same warehouse as FTL/Champs/FTA so it's most likely same ETA

I did before. I used thier return shipping label and just dropped the shoes off at UPS. I copied the tracking address and called them when I saw it was delivered, they told me they haven’t received it yet. Two days later I called and they said it was processing, got a refund about 3 days later. From dropping it off at UPS till the return payment took about 10 days.
