Anyone ever successfully told a cop that they aren't searching you?

"License and registration and step out of the car"
"Are you carrying a weapon on you I know a lot of you are"
I ain't stepping out of **** all my papers legit

Well my glove compartment is locked so is the trunk and the back
And I know my rights so you gon' need a warrant for that
"Aren't you sharp as a tack are some type of lawyer or something?"

Nah I ain't passed the bar but I know a little bit

My wife is actually defending a guy now who refused a search and the cop used his K9 around the vehicle any way. The K9 was a attracted to a box (inside the car) that had money and a handgun. He's looking at the Death Penalty, but she is trying to suppress the Death Penalty because the handgun was illegally attained.

Nah not for the gun, he violated probation and is accused of murder. The money supposedly has cocaine residue and charging him with illegally having the gun. Those were additional charges.

That was back in 2008. I been sober since 2011.. even lamer now LOL

That night I also broke my passenger side mirror... it was taped up... the cops still let me drive off

I'm still waiting for someone to come in here with a script of what to say when cops pull you over

I want to have something to say where I can just make him give me whatever ticket/citation he pulled me over for and avoid all the extra questioning "where you going/where you coming from/etc."

well hope that you hid ur stuff well enough and either risk letting em search you or flex your rights and get violated and fight it in court

if you act relaxed and let em search you theyll probably pass maybe just look through the back with a flashlight real quick if you get all defensive theyll feel you trying to hide something

and search every square inch of your whip and prob call the drug dogs

Yeah I read somewhere that not letting them/wanting them to search your car is now probable cause for them to search your car because "you're trying to hide something".
