The internet has done such a terrible job of cataloging sneakers.
The best bit of information I can find is by image searching the picture in the OP. One of the results has the same picture in a sold listing that I can't access (Instagram post that got deleted once sold, it seems) with the title "Nike M2K of the 90s."
All I find when searching Nike M2K is those M2K Teknos from a year or two ago, which has a similar upper to the pair in this thread. I'm guessing these are called the Nike M2K, but I can't find a single way to confirm it.

OP if you want a similar design look up Nike M2K Tekno. They are readily available everywhere and are pretty affordable.

^ Would love to check how it looks like, but nothing really hit w/ that name.... Anyway, since it really looks similar to M2K Tekno, I tend to think those are some Monarch variants although I can find nothing to prove. Could be some kind of women specific workout shoe since I feel like I may have seen em at the Nike section inside the fitness gym I was going back then, but again, it’s just a guess w/o a clue.
PS Found Imminent IV in GS and they are not this one. Surprised to learn they’ve got 4 updates, but Monarch we know actually is also IV...

Poster on IG says in comments the name is T-Lite, of which there are many versions. XI seems to be the latest version, and all these shoes are sort of similar to the 1 we're looking for.
Can't find pics of versions I & II though, might be either of those.
