Lg oled, I believe most of their 2020 oleds have 2.1
Vizio bout to drop a cheaper oled with 2.1, not sure on pricing or performance.

Refresh rate, usually means it has motion smoothing, a feature I immediately turn off on every TV.
Not the same as Variable Refresh Rate, which is a feature you actually want on a modern TV if you're a gamer.
