Apps .. Who has created one?

I have a couple of ideas that I dont see in any of the app stores and was wondering how hard would it be to create an app.

I tried to patent the idea, but was told I needed to have a rough creating of the app.

I already had an attorney make documents for the idea and how it would work with interface, sub categories. He certified it and now is sitting in the safe deposite box. We are on policies draft.

Just need to start working on the app.

This reminds me of the NTer who came up with the pop sockets idea and folks tried to clown him. I hope he got some bread off his patent.

My advice to you OP would be to find a good affordable, young, and hungry developer from your city and have him cook something up. Get it in writing that he's just developing that app for you and has no ties to ownership.

God damn I hope he is getting paid off that. Seeing pop sockets everywhere and knowing you had the idea would have me irate.

I HOPE he came up. His idea was basically pop sockets but who knows if someone took his idea made a few alterations and came up.

When it comes to your app I'm quite sure we have a few developers on here who can definitely lend a helping hand

Damn, if he came up with that, he really missed out. I just seen him in the unemployment thread.

You have to take measures to protect yourself .... if I'm him I would try to see if I have a case and use the NT thread to authenticate he had the idea first.

I'm going to spend time this fall and winter to develop an idea for one.
