I agree, but it's the last thing on the budget since the fridge is pretty much new and hasn't been used.

I still need to fill the two guest rooms and the man cave.

and like the homie said you need a steel fridge and i would replace the back splash and countertops when you get a chance... it would modernize your kitchen.  that's a great color though.

Nest learning thermostat, very nice investment.

Moving into a townhouse on the 7th. Can't wait, but I know furnishing will be a mf'er.

That Nest is clutch for me. It requires wifi though. Turning on the air on the way home and having it cool when you walk in

Verizon has it for like 200.if you have a connect you can use their discount and get it for 160.

I installed it myself, took maybe 45 minutes, i was on the phone with the Nest customer service guy literally the entire time. Just follow the instructions and it's a breeze.

Waking up in the middle of the night and only having to reach for your phone to adjust the air is piff. In some areas they may give you a discount on your power bill, but you may have to enroll in a program that permits the power company to adjust it at random times to preserve energy. From what i understand, you can manually override this though. I don't plan to sign up.

FOR THE FIRST TIME, I HAD MY OWN GARAGE SO DECIDED TO TURN IT INTO A MAN CAVE.

CONVINCED MY WIFE I NEEDED A TV IN THE GARAGE FOR MECHANIC TUTORIALS WHILE I'M WORKING ON THE BIKE OR CARS. SHE BOUGHT IT

RAN INTO A PROBLEM WITH HOW TO MOUNT THE TV WITH THE GEAR WALL BEHIND IT BUT FOUND A GUY ON EBAY WHO SELLS MOUNTS SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS PURPOSE

JUST PUTTING IN A FEW FINISHING TOUCHES ON THE WALLS

ALL DONE FOR NOW . SINCE TAKING THESE PICTURES I'VE ADDED AN AIR COMPRESSOR AND A FEW MORE STORAGE

NEXT PROJECT WILL BE OUR LIVING ROOM. THERES ALREADY A GOOD BASE IN THERE AS OUR TV & STAND ARE GOOD AND WE GOT A NEW COUCH FROM CRATE AND BARREL. I'M THINKING OF ADDING SHUTTERS TO THE HOUSE AS WELL AS THIS ON ONE OF THE LIVING ROOM WALLS:

I'm pretty excited to get hands on with things at the new crib too but it's a damn near new house and I'm hoping Inspection doesn't find any issues when they come later this week.

I'd flip if I were to find out mice or anything are getting into the house. I don't mess with rodents, no sir.
