Man I don't know about Fruity Beers. I've tried one too many and I always have the same yuck face...Beer should not be fruity IMO...

I stick to dark beers...more hops and head the better...

The Hoegarden is good for a VERY white beer.

If you like dark ales, check a larger package store to see if they have the imported Belgium ales in what look like champaigne boxes. I bought two bottles for12 dollars each. 10 percent alcohol in them, they go great witha steak, but are EXTREMELY heavy.

It's phenomenal. Strong, but wonderful.

Try some Rogue Dead Guy for a slightly lighter version of a similar taste. Also strong, but not quite as overpowering... then try the Double Bastard sometime
